REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts for 14 days. Unfortunately, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Different types of goods are exempt from returning. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
Clothing with tear marks or manufacturer's default settings.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
So contact the credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially registered.
So, contact your bank. It often takes some time for a refund to be posted.

Refund

missing or undelivered items.

If your item has not been delivered to your address or the package is missing, there may be acceptance of a full refund. A full refund will be issued ONLY if both A and B situations occur.

A. The correct shipping address was completely correct when entered in the shipping address bar. This includes the postcode, suite or unit number.

B. The package has not been marked as delivered by both the manufacturer and the shipping company. (the tracking number provided will show if it has been marked as "delivered" or not)

Note that. A refund will not be issued if we find out that situations A, B and C. have occurred due to the fact that these situations are the sole responsibility of the customer.

A. If the address was entered incorrectly, it means that there was a missing or incorrect suite or number of units. So we cannot issue a refund as it is solely the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address.

B. If the package has been marked as "delivered" by both the manufacturer and the courier delivery company, we cannot even issue a refund as this indicates that the customer has received the package and signed for it by the delivery courier. (Only the customer can sign for a package that belongs to him under his full name that has been included in the shipping information).

C. If the packages have been marked as "delivered" and the customer has provided an inaccurate or incorrect shipping address, we cannot issue a refund as it becomes the customer's responsibility to recover the package from the third-party courier delivery company.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

Please note that any damaged items received at the time of delivery may be due to non-management by third-party courier delivery companies. This would essentially be attributable to the delivery service and as a means of ensuring customer satisfaction, we will provide a one-time free replacement of the exact item that has been damaged. This will require the customer to return any damaged items to our mailing address. Upon recovery, we will review the damaged item and then send a replacement to the customer after receiving the damaged items.

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time required to reach the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over € 70, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.

The cancellation of any order must be made within 4 hours from the time of purchase.

Nothing after 4 hours will not be eligible for a refund or cancellation since your order has already started the shipping process. It is not possible to interrupt orders already shipped and therefore it is not possible to cancel an order if the customer receives his package.

Cancellation of orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, we will charge a restocking and cancellation fee of € 5 as the payment service providers charge us this amount to revise a payment. In order to cover these costs, they will be exclusively borne by the customer.
